A Google search for ENDOR gives in excess of 100,000 hits, largely due to the Endor moon in Star Wars! An earlier connection (the Bible) concerns the witch of Endor, and led to an interesting altecation between George Feher and Goudsmidt for a reference to the witch {G.Feher, Phys.Rev., 1959, 114, 1219}.
